Brad has over 25 years of experience litigating business and public policy matters across the United States. He represents companies of all sizes in civil disputes and proceedings against regulatory agencies. He also regularly advocates for individuals, companies, advocacy groups, and industry associations in constitutional and public policy litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Brad has litigated multiple class action matters for plaintiffs and defendants.
Brad has briefed and argued appeals throughout California and in multiple federal courts of appeal. He frequently submits amicus briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court in significant cases.
After earning his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Brad served as a law clerk to Judge J.L. Edmondson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, where he was a four-year letterman on the golf team.
