Stephen Loftin Earns Prestigious Membership in ABOTA

HOUSTON – Hicks Thomas LLP partner Stephen M. Loftin has earned membership in the prestigious invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), founded to support Americans’ right to a jury trial and promoting the highest ethical standards in trial advocacy.

ABOTA dedicates itself to the preservation and promotion of the Seventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees the right to civil jury trials. The Texas chapter, known as TEX-ABOTA, is comprised of 16 local chapters and serves as a consolidated voice of more than 1,300 members.
