10 Hicks Thomas Partners Named Among the Nation’s Top Litigators

Attorneys named to Lawdragon Leading Litigators guide for fourth consecutive year 

Houston-based litigation boutique Hicks Thomas LLP is proud to announce that 10 firm partners have been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America guide, a “who’s who of top trial lawyers from the nation’s greatest trial firms.” 

Lawdragon describes this year’s honorees as outstanding advocates who have “changed the course of industry and individual businesses, shaped our nation and the enforcement of its laws, and continued to uphold the role of the law as a beacon and shared imperative.” 

All 10 Hicks Thomas honorees, recognized for their work in commercial litigation, are marking their fourth consecutive year in the Leading Litigators guide. They are John B. Thomas, J. Stephen Barrick, John J. Deis, Courtney E. Ervin, Robin L. Harrison, Stewart E. Hoffer, Gregg C. Laswell, Stephen M. Loftin,  Paul L. Mitchell, and Allen H. Rustay.
