Benchmark Litigation Names Hicks Thomas Among the Nation’s Top Litigation Law Firms

Firm partners earn repeat honors as Litigation Stars and Future Stars
Benchmark Litigation has named Hicks Thomas LLP among the best litigation law firms in the country, and nine partners also earned individual recognition from the legal guide.
Benchmark Litigation is the only legal guide to focus exclusively on litigation in the United States. It selects honorees based on a thorough analysis of casework, interviews with litigators, peer reviews and feedback from clients.
Partners John B. Thomas, Courtney Ervin, Robin Harrison, Cameron Pope, John Shely and Katherine Strahan were named as 2026 Litigation Stars.
Benchmark Litigation also recognized partner Stewart Hoffer as a Future Star, and partners Kelsey Hope and Colin Watterson were named to the 40 & Under list.
