Hicks Thomas partner earns repeat selection to elite leadership guide

This marks the second consecutive year Mr. Thomas has been selected for the guide, which identifies the influential architects behind the nation’s leading law firms.

A veteran trial lawyer, Mr. Thomas is known for his extensive experience handling high-stakes and complex commercial litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of matters, including business, construction, energy, environmental and natural resources, real estate, and intellectual property and trade secret litigation.
His work has been recognized by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers, Benchmark Litigation and Lawdragon. He is also an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
