Five Hicks Thomas Attorneys Named to Lawdragon Real Estate Guide

Attorneys recognized for work in real estate and construction litigation

Five Hicks Thomas attorneys have been named to the 2026 edition of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Real Estate Lawyers guide. 

Firm partners John B. Thomas, J. Stephen Barrick, Gregg C. Laswell and Colin Watterson and senior counsel Allison Fisher were selected for the third annual Lawdragon real estate list.  

Lawdragon says the work of lawyers on its 2026 list “impacts everyone – from the offices we work in, to our homes, from affordable housing to the most swank Las Vegas resorts.” 

The four partners were honored for their real estate and construction litigation work. Ms. Fisher was recognized for real estate litigation. Their selection reflects the high regard in which Hicks Thomas lawyers are held by their peers in any practice area in which the firm handles cases. 

The firm says its priority in real estate and construction matters is “achieving practical, timely solutions to avoid unnecessary delays and cost escalations” though negotiation, arbitration or litigation.
