Hicks Thomas Lawyers Recognized Among Texas’ Best for 2015

Six attorneys at Hicks Thomas LLP, a Houston-based commercial litigation boutique, have been selected for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers® list for 2015. Super Lawyers® uses peer review and research to recognize the top attorneys in each state. Only five percent of attorneys receive this prestigious honor.
The six selected as Texas Super Lawyers are name partner John B. Thomas, senior counsel J. Stephen Barrick, and partners Stewart Hoffer, Gregg C. Laswell and Stephen M. Loftin, and Allen Rustay. Mr. Barrick was chosen based on his appellate expertise, while the other lawyers earned recognition as business litigators. Mr. Rustay received the added distinction of being named among the top 100 lawyers in Houston.
Mr. Thomas and Mr. Hoffer have earned spots on the Texas Super Lawyers list each year since its inception in 2003, and Mr. Loftin is making his 10th appearance on the list. The other attorneys also have been recognized by Super Lawyers multiple times.
