Justin Braga utilizes his experience as a practitioner and a former law clerk to three judges to resolve his clients’ complex litigation issues efficiently and effectively. During his legal career, Justin has litigated cases in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits as well as in federal and state trial courts in Texas, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and other jurisdictions.
Justin graduated from Brown University in 2016 and from Georgetown University Law Center in 2019. After graduating from law school, Justin clerked for the Honorable Edith Jones of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Honorable Drew Tipton of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the Honorable Eliot Prescott of the Connecticut Appellate Court.
Justin began his legal practice at Hicks Thomas in 2021. His practice primarily focused on litigating complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts in Texas. After gaining valuable experience litigating cases in New England at an Am Law 200 firm located in New Hampshire, Justin rejoined the Hicks Thomas team in 2026.
When he isn’t busy resolving his clients’ complex legal issues, Justin is active in his church and local communities and enjoys skiing and hiking in New Hampshire’s great outdoors.
