Jessie is a trial lawyer with over a decade of experience practicing in state and federal courts and arbitration. Her practice covers a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis in managed care disputes. Jessie has advised and represented clients in all stages of litigation, including trial, all aspects of discovery, pretrial motions, appeals, and settlement negotiations.
While Jessie’s primary focus is on managed care litigation, she has represented clients across a number of industries, including the healthcare, energy, technology, drug testing, and food industries.

- Recovered overpayments from healthcare providers on medical claims paid as a result of fraudulent or improper billing practices.
- Defended a managed care company in two-week final arbitration hearing against a provider’s breach of contract claim for millions in alleged unpaid medical benefits, and obtained a favorable award.
- Trial counsel for an oilfield services company in a complex breach of purchase agreement and breach of fiduciary duty case involving multiple claims among the purchaser, seller, and former President.
- Represented a fuel products trading company in an arbitration and a state court case involving claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty against a former trader who allegedly engaged in fraudulent transactions.
- Trial counsel for dealerships in a breach of alleged purchase agreement and fraudulent inducement case brought by former COO.
