Kyle B. Dugan is a trial attorney and commercial litigator with experience across a broad spectrum of subject matter in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration. He primarily focuses his practice on complex business, construction, and intellectual property litigation. But ultimately, Kyle wants to solve his clients’ toughest problems—whatever they may be.

Prior to joining Hick Thomas, Kyle honed his skills with an AmLaw 20 firm. During his years there, he represented a variety of clients, including Fortune 50 financial services and technology corporations, a Grammy-award-winning artist, foreign banks, and children’s toy manufacturers. During this time, Kyle had the opportunity to pilot cases through every phase of the litigation process (and beyond). This taught him to be flexible and treat every problem with the same tenacity, always in pursuit of an efficient and business-minded client outcome.

Kyle is always looking for an edge for his clients. In today’s rapidly shifting landscape, that means leveraging the power of all available resources and tools, including artificial intelligence, to streamline representation.
