Jessica is a litigator with a cross-jurisdictional practice in Texas and California. She represents companies and individuals in complex commercial disputes, business conflicts, and appellate matters. Her work covers contract and partnership disputes, data privacy, product liability, class actions, and the fast-developing field of mass arbitration.
Jessica brings prior experience from two Am Law 100 firms, where she built a foundation in handling sophisticated disputes for major clients. Her appellate experience includes arguments and briefs before the Fifth Circuit, Second Circuit, and Massachusetts appellate courts. She has helped shape developing areas of law in cybersecurity and civil contract disputes, bringing both precision and foresight to her cases.
Inside the firm, colleagues often turn to Jessica as opposing counsel in mock trials, relying on her ability to spot weaknesses and sharpen trial strategy. She is equally trusted to step into significant hearings, argue motions, or make appearances in cases not her own because of her reputation for thorough preparation and persuasive advocacy. A former national mock trial champion, she now coaches top-ranked law school teams at South Texas College of Law in Houston and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Clients value Jessica for more than her results in the courtroom. They trust her direct communication, clear legal writing, and disciplined approach to strategy. She builds lasting relationships by cutting through complexity and keeping the focus on outcomes that matter.
