Diane Bounds

Bio

Diane has more than 25 years of experience representing and advising corporations. Her clients include Fortune 100 companies in the energy sector including upstream, midstream, and downstream companies.

Diane has served as regional and national counsel, representing a major oil company in complex litigation. In this role, Diane managed thousands of cases in Texas and across the United States encompassing a broad spectrum of toxic tort and environmental issues. She coordinates discovery, motion practice, settlement protocols, develops expert witnesses, and takes cases to trial. Diane works closely with local counsel to identify important key issues in jurisdictions outside of Texas in order to develop a litigation strategy in line with the client's overall expectations. She has experience with matters in Multidistrict Litigation as well as state and federal courts.

In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering in her church.

Diane is a board member of Casulana, The Women's Choir of Houston.
