Ms. Venning also worked as an Assistant Counsel with the Atlanta Housing Authority representing that City in complex commercial matters arising from public-private partnerships.

Ms. Venning has experience successfully litigating before administrative tribunals such as the NYC Contract Dispute Resolution Board. She has experience managing all aspects of discovery including written discovery and managing large document review projects.
