  • City of Modesto v. Dow Chemical Co., et. al. Counsel for defense in ongoing environmental contamination litigation against dry cleaning chemical and equipment industry. Coordinated discovery, including personally participating in over 130 percipient and expert witness depositions and preparation of hundreds of discovery responses and requests.
  • Jacobs v. Schweitzer, et al. Trial counsel for shareholder in dispute involving stock purchase agreement. Prepared charge and argued case resulting in a complete defense verdict.
  • In Re Liberty Seafood. Counsel for defendant owners and restaurants in Bankruptcy Adversary proceeding that resulted in favorable injunction hearing and eventual non-suit by Plaintiff.
