  • ArthroCare Corporation, Inc. v. Gyrus Medical, Inc., Gyrus ENT, LLC, and Gyrus ACMI, Inc.  Conducted extensive pre-trial discovery, briefing, and preparation of all phases of patent case resulting in settlement and license favorable to client ArthroCare.
