Trial counsel for shareholder in dispute involving stock purchase
agreement. Prepared charge and argued case resulting in a complete
defense verdict.
- Noble Drilling Services, Inc., et al. v. Noble Denton Marine Inc., et al. Counsel for Plaintiff in ongoing dispute over damage to an offshore drilling rig off the coast of Qatar.
