  • City of Modesto v. Dow Chemical Co., et. al. Trial counsel for defense in ongoing environmental contamination litigation against dry cleaning chemical and equipment industry. Coordinated discovery, including taking over 130 percipient and expert witness depositions. Tried $160 million dollar damage claim resulting in a defense verdict.
  • Dyna Torque Technologies Inc. v. Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. Counsel for Defendant in an ongoing dispute with vendor over pipe welding services.
  • Jacobs v. Schweitzer, et al. Trial counsel for shareholder in dispute involving stock purchase agreement. Prepared charge and argued case resulting in a complete defense verdict.
  • Noble Drilling Services, Inc., et al. v. Noble Denton Marine Inc., et al. Counsel for Plaintiff in ongoing dispute over damage to an offshore drilling rig off the coast of Qatar.
