- Reliance Ins. Co. v. Creekwood Landing Corp., et al. Lead trial counsel for financial institution in bad faith insurance case. After a four-week trial, successfully obtained jury findings on insurance company's improper conduct.
- Thomas D. Crowson, et al. v. Davol, Inc. Filed and tried to verdict first ever product liability case involving defects in medical device designed for hernia repair procedures.
- Socorro Chavez, et al. v. Rheem Manuf. Co., et al. Represented product manufacturer in cases involving personal injury claims arising from allegedly defective hot water heaters. Successful in obtaining multiple dismissals. Concluded favorable settlements in remaining cases.
- George M. Construction, Inc. v. TJ&T Enter., Inc. Lead trial counsel for construction company. Obtained an injunction against former employees attempting to set up a competing company using protected trade secrets.
